1. Introduction

This product is a semi-transparent paste, easy to add and well-dispersed.

When added to silicone rubber, it has minimal impact on appearance, transparency, and yellowing.

It acts as a curing and crosslinking agent in silicone rubber, intended for mold-pressing applications only.

Compliant with EU ROHS/REACH/LFGB regulations; fully environmentally friendly and non-toxic to humans and the environment.

2. Main Applications

This product can be used for curing and crosslinking in the production of mold-pressed silicone rubber products. It has low volatility, and after adding to silicone rubber with curing agents, it can be stored long-term without affecting curing speed, provided the raw material flow remains adequate.

3. Usage Instructions

Directly add to silicone rubber on an open mill or kneader and mix evenly. It can be added together with color pastes or release agents.

Recommended dosage: 1.2%. To increase or decrease curing speed, adjust the dosage accordingly. Machine curing temperature depends on product thickness, typically 150°C–190°C.

If the dosage exceeds 2%, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of anti-blooming agent to prevent surface bloom from over-curing.

Packaging: 20 kg per box.

4. Storage Conditions

Store in a dry, ambient environment, away from sunlight, heat, and open flames. The batch number in Arabic numerals represents the production date. Shelf life: 12 months from production date.
