Our company is dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of various silicone raw gums, additives, and silicone rubber compounds. Under the Bituo Silicone brand, we have earned a strong reputation in the silicone industry after years of accumulation and innovation.

The factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 7,000 tons of high-temperature silicone rubber. Our R&D team consists of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral researchers engaged in advanced material studies, and we collaborate with leading universities to develop new products.

We operate two manufacturing sites and have established a 600 m² R&D laboratory base in Jinan. In addition, after-sales service centers are located in Jinan, the Pearl River Delta, and the Yangtze River Delta to provide timely support for customers.

The company has passed the ISO 9001 international quality management system certification, and our products have been certified by RoHS, REACH, FDA, LFGB, and other authoritative standards. In recent years, we have been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and hold more than 20 patents.

We are equipped with a wide range of advanced testing instruments, including gas chromatography, dielectric loss equipment, low-temperature performance testers, viscometers, and standard mechanical rebound/abrasion testing machines. Our thermal testing facilities include air ovens at 200°C, 300°C, and 650°C, vacuum ovens, and muffle furnaces. For analytical testing, we utilize NMR, infrared spectroscopy, DMA, DSC, and other precision instruments, supported by long-term strategic cooperation with professional testing centers. With these resources, we are able to provide in-depth and tailored technical services to meet customer needs.
