300°C Heat-Resistant Silicone Rubber (Iron Red)
Overview
This is a heat-resistant silicone rubber compound. The BT-6260 series is an organic silicone rubber that can be thermally vulcanized after adding an appropriate curing agent (curing agent selected according to processing requirements).

Easy to process.
Good mechanical properties.
Excellent thermal stability; suitable for continuous use up to 300 °C.
Curing Performance
Additive dosage: 1.2% of DCP (2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane, 40% active content).
Curing process: primary vulcanization at 170 °C × 5 min.
