250°C Heat-Resistant Silicone Rubber
Overview
This is a heat-resistant silicone rubber compound. The BT-260T-2 series is an organic silicone rubber that can be thermally vulcanized after adding an appropriate curing agent (curing agent selected according to processing requirements).
Product Features
Easy to process.
Milky white color.
Good mechanical properties.
Excellent thermal stability; suitable for continuous use up to 250 °C.
Curing Performance
Additive dosage: 1.2% of DCP (2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane, 40% active content).
Curing process: primary vulcanization at 170 °C × 5 min.
