Oil-Resistant Silicone Rubber
Overview
The BT-56X0 series is an organic silicone rubber resistant to IRM 901 and IRM 903 oils. After adding a suitable curing agent, it can be thermally vulcanized into final products (curing agent is selected according to processing requirements).
Product Features
Excellent oil resistance (low swelling).
Good mechanical properties.
High thermal stability; can withstand 225–250 °C.
Long-term storage stability; minimal structural changes.
Curing Performance
Additive dosage: 1.2% of DCP (2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane, 40% active content).
Curing process: primary vulcanization at 170 °C × 5 min.
