Overview
This material can be processed into molded products, O-rings, miscellaneous parts, and injection-molded components. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties and maintains elasticity and protection during long-term exposure to high temperatures, as well as short-term resistance to ultra-high temperatures of 380–400 °C.
Product Advantages
Easy processing.
Excellent mechanical performance.
Outstanding thermal stability; withstands up to 380 °C for short durations while maintaining elasticity.
Testing
Additive dosage: 1.2% Bis(2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-tert-butylperoxy)hexane (40% active content).
Process: Primary vulcanization at 170 °C × 5 min (compression molding), followed by dual secondary vulcanization: 200 °C × 2 h, then 250 °C × 2 h.
