Overview

This product is widely used as potting material for various electronic and electrical components, as raw material for impregnation molds, release agents, and adhesives. It is also applied in bonding thermal insulation materials for aircraft, thermal insulation products for spacecraft, engine thermal protection components, and radiation-resistant coatings for nuclear power. In addition, it is suitable for manufacturing sealing rings, gaskets, tubes, and rods that require resistance to cold, ablation, heat aging, and radiation.

Features

Excellent low-temperature resistance, remaining elastic even at –120 °C.

With the addition of heat-resistant additives, it can be used in special-purpose ablation-resistant putties, coatings, and encapsulants.

Provides outstanding radiation resistance.

Testing

By adding appropriate adhesives and crosslinking agents, the material can be directly vulcanized for use.
